Vlad Peligrad

With over 26 years of legal practice, accumulated both in Bucharest and New York, Vlad is a law practitioner with specialized expertise in litigation & arbitration, insolvency procedures and crisis management, having also vast transactional experience in bank lending, project finance and real estate finance. In addition, Vlad sits as arbitrator at the Court of International Commercial Arbitration attached to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania and the Bucharest International Arbitration Court (BIAC). Vlad has a LL.M. from The George Washington University Law School, Washington, D.C and holds a PhD in law. Vlad is currently the managing partner of Peligrad Law - a boutique law firm providing full spectrum legal assistance and representation services in relation to various legal practices, ranging from corporate and M&A, employment law, compliance, public procurement, energy and natural resources to financial services, regulatory, litigation and dispute resolution.
