Sergiu Manofu is an entrepreneur and Managing Partner of DY Nutrition, with over 16 years of experience across industries including tourism, medical equipment, fitness, and sports nutrition. Since taking leadership of the company in 2017, he has reshaped its strategic direction and accelerated its global expansion, transforming DY Nutrition into an international brand present on six continents and in mature markets across Europe, South America, and Southeast Asia. Under his leadership, the company has expanded its product portfolio while maintaining a strong commitment to premium, science-driven supplements that support athletic performance and overall health. Sergiu also serves as a Board Member of Vitema Pharmaceuticals, the manufacturing company behind DY Nutrition, contributing to the development of pharmaceutical-grade production standards and advanced manufacturing capabilities. Beyond his role in business, Sergiu is actively involved in strengthening Romania’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. He has been a member of the Romanian Business Leaders (RBL) community for over 10 years and was recognized among its Top 10 members contributing to Romania’s development. He is also a founding member of the RePatriot initiative, supporting efforts to attract investment and encourage Romanian capital and talent to contribute to the country’s economic growth.
