Ruxandra Maria Boniu

Ruxandra Boniu has started her career as a lawyer in 1997. Since graduation from the University of Bucharest in 1997, Ruxandra Boniu has provided legal assistance and representation in commercial, civil and labour legal issues. She has achieved an outstanding knowledge in the field of commercial and labour law and in contracts’ negotiation. She has been rendering legal services to automotive companies belonging to Țiriac Holding/automotive importers and dealers. She has dealt with all legal issues incurred within the activity of commercial companies and she has been involved in mergers and acquisitions processes and negotiations with manufacturers such as Ford Motor Company, Mitsubishi Motors, Hyundai and Land Rover and Jaguar. Ruxandra has been involved in negotiations for transferring the import and general distribution activity of Ford brand from local importers to Ford Romania S.A.  She has also been involved in the restructuring process of companies such as MP IFMA S.A and automotive dealers belonging to Țiriac Holding. She has assisted and represented Aton Group in Romania and provides legal assistance and representation to the Romanian branch of Feizy Rugs, one of the most reputable rug manufacturers worldwide. Her expertise also includes client representation in Romanian courts. She is a member of Bucharest Bar Association since Oct 1997.
