Mihaela-Virginia Teleman

Mihaela started her career in 1995, as Finance Manager, first for AIESEC, then for TMI Training & Consulting in Romania. In 2003 she became an entrepreneur by founding Accountess, a company that grew up steadily in order to become, nowadays, a team of more than 50 professionals with strong experience in tax consulting, accountancy, human resources, financial management and audit. Since 2020, all services offered by Accountess are fully digitized, a competitive advantage for its clients due to increased efficiency, accuracy and profitability. The company’s vision is to intimately participate in the sustainable development of intelligent organizations through innovative, profitable, high-quality financial solutions, for a country to be proud of. As a leader of her team, Mihaela has helped hundreds of companies and organizations with solutions to every challenge in the tax & accounting areas, completed by financial tools aimed at business growth. Her multidisciplinary experience is sustained by various roles and memberships: Financial Auditor (Chamber of Financial Auditors of Romania), Expert Accountant (Chamber of Accounting Experts and Certified Accountants of Romania) and Tax Advisor (The Romanian Chamber of Fiscal Consultants). With solid knowledge in all these areas, Mihaela has also implemented numerous know-how transfer projects, developing course supports, guides and procedures or organizing events, trainings and tax seminars.
