Madalina is a visionary entrepreneur with a solid and successful corporate background and with over 25 years of business experience. In 2007 she founded Marketing Insiders Group, a multidisciplinary advisors’ group that empowers people and businesses with operational and cultural growth by facilitating pioneering customer-centricity solutions. She is a passionate facilitator and trainer for Customer Experience Management, Leadership and Management Practices and Change Management. She demonstrated success directing development of organizations during periods of tremendous growth and deep understanding of organizational change. Recent work includes business development projects for retail, finance and healthcare industry, assisting them in transforming their employee and customer experience strategy. She promoted innovative concepts for business events in Romania and Europe (Enlightening Leadership Series, Design Thinking Forum, Customer Care Conference and Expo, European BPO Forum, Patient Experience Forum). She is member of jury for US Stevie Awards – Sales and Customer Service and for Association of Business Service Leaders (ABSL) Awards and founder of Romanian Contact Center Awards. Madalina received the Award for the Personality of the year in the Customer Service Industry, in 2008 (Austria) and she was speaker for customer experience topics in Portugal, France, Germany and Austria. In 2018 she completed her professional experience at Design Thinking Institute (Amsterdam) and The Chartered Institute of Marketing (London)
