Gabor Olajos is an experienced Business Development & Sales Leader with a proven track record of over 20 years at Pluxee. Since July 2024, he has been the Country Managing Director for Pluxee Romania & Bulgaria, with a clear mission of boosting Pluxee's innovative initiatives and strengthening the partnership with the SME sector, at the same time accelerating the transition efforts into a sustainable local company with a significant contribution to the ambitious goal of reducing the global carbon footprint.
Deeply passionate about data and driving digital transformation in the employee engagement industry, he is commited to building a relevant and coherent ecosystem of products and services for Pluxee’s business partners.
With a strong focus on innovation and strategic growth, Gabor has been part of the strategy of expanding Pluxee’s presence across multiple markets and is now dedicated to unlocking the ‘More of what matters’ for employees in Romania and Bulgaria. His vision is to create an environment where business actively contributes to the digital transformation of the employees’ engagement industry.
